How much does it cost?  

The price of a ticket is on a sliding scale. The more people in your group, the cheaper it is per person. See our complete price list on our How It Works page.

How does the ticketing work?
Tickets are purchased online or you can call. Online bookings are made securely through a secure site. Each game has a maximum number of tickets that can be purchased for each session. If you only have few confirmed players you can book for that number and add players when you come in to escape. We just ask to be aware of the maximum number of players in each room.

 

 

Will I be in a room with strangers?

No, when you book the room your group will be the only ones in the room.

Is there an age limit?

There are no age limits on playing a game. However, for younger groups, the suggested age to play is 10 years old or more.  If you are under the age of 14, we REQUIRE that you are accompanied by a paying adult in the room.  6 and under are no charge.

 

 

Are the rooms scary? 

No, the rooms are not scary. However, the Cellar is a little creepy.

 

 

Are we actually locked in the room?

We do not lock you in the room. If for any reason you do not feel comfortable you can exit the game. 

 

 

How many people can fit in a room? 

It varies depending on the room, some rooms can fit up to 8 while the larger games hold up to 10. We do have a minimum of 2 per room since some puzzles require two people to complete.

 

 

Are cell phones allowed in the room?  

Yes, you can take your phone in the room, but we ask you not to take them out during the game.  There are no photos or videos allowed inside our rooms.  Also, some puzzles are light-sensitive so we ask you not to use your cell phone light at any time.

 

 

How long does this take?
Players should arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of their scheduled playtime. The host will take about 10 -15 minutes to go over all the rules of the game and answer any questions.  Once you enter the room the clock will count down 60 minutes and will conclude with a 10-minute debriefing of the game.

 

 

Do you have a corporate package?   

Yes, we do. Escape rooms are great for corporate team building. Call or email for more information.

 

 

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are refundable up to 24 hours before the start of the game. You can also reschedule your game for a future date and time.

 

 

How far out can I purchase a ticket?
Sessions are available for bookings 3 months in advance. If you are interested in a date farther than 3 months out, please call us for assistance.

 

 

Can we play in the same room more than once?
Yes, please tell your host you want to try again so they don't walk you through the rest of the room.
